Role Summary: Hartmann Capital is on the lookout for a seasoned Director-level professional with a proven track record of raising substantial funds (tens of millions or more) for hedge or venture funds. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to nurture and expand our investor base. Additionally, we are open to Associate-level individuals possessing relevant experience in finance or sales, eager to grow and contribute to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for attracting new investors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing investors.
Understand and communicate the firm's value proposition and investment opportunities effectively.
Coordinate with the marketing and investment teams to create compelling materials.
Monitor market trends and investor demands to guide fundraising strategies.
Lead networking efforts online and at leading conferences to grow the firms name recognition.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital raising or a similar role
Having personally raised >$10m for a hedge fund or venture fund.
Strong network in the financial and investment communities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the investment landscape, particularly in crypto and frontier technologies.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
